Everyone else is working from the same Google Street View; years-old data says little about the current condition of the home.
What we look for
Peeling paint and damaged siding
Faded or flaking exterior paint, cracked stucco, missing or damaged siding.
Roof damage and tarps
Missing shingles, sagging rooflines, a blue tarp where a repair should be.
Overgrown yards and dead lawns
Knee-high weeds, dead grass, bare dirt, shrubs swallowing the walkway.
Boarded or broken windows
Plywood over an opening, cracked glass, missing screens.
Junk, debris and derelict vehicles
Piles in the yard or driveway, a car that hasn't moved in months.
Sagging gutters and neglected exteriors
Gutters pulling away, fascia rot, an exterior nobody has touched in years.
How it works
We drive the ZIP
We drive and photograph every home a few times a year, from the public road. You get current photos, not years-old imagery.
We score the photo
Our photo model scores each house 1 to 5 on the signals above, and a reviewer checks the borderline ones.
You buy the ZIP
A license shares the ZIP with up to 5 teams. An exclusive license means nobody else on neighborCRM gets in.
Leads publish monthly
Your first batch publishes the day you buy: highest scores first. Then you get a regular cadence of fresh leads, the same day every month.
You work them
Map, table, street photo and CSV, shared with your whole team. Leads never include owner names or contact details; you take the address to your skip-trace provider, your mailer, or the front door.

Pre-ordering a ZIP
ZIPs we haven't driven yet can be pre-ordered. It costs nothing today: you save a card, we charge it the day the ZIP goes live at the price shown when you pre-ordered or lower, and you can cancel any time before then. Your first leads publish the same day.
Questions
- How do I contact the owner?
- We give you the address, the photo and the score, never the owner's name or contact details. Investors and agents skip-trace the address with the service they already use, send a mailer, or knock on the door.
- How often are photos taken?
- We drive each ZIP a few times a year. Each lead shows the date its photo was taken.
- What does pre-order mean?
- For a ZIP we haven't driven yet, you save a card and we charge it the day the ZIP goes live, at the price shown when you pre-ordered or lower. Nothing is charged today, and you can cancel any time before then.
- Can I cancel?
- Monthly licenses cancel at the end of the period. Annual licenses run for the year. Pre-orders cancel any time before the charge.
